Delivery:
Delivery in France by Colissimo, delivered in 48H: 9 Euros
For deliveries in Europe, by registered mail (5 to 10 days) from: 18 Euros
For deliveries in the rest of the world, by airmail (5 to 15 days) from: 19 Euros
Orders:
Your order is taken in as soon as payment is confirmed. The item will be made for you, so please allow one week for fabrication. If you are in a particular hurry to receive your jewelry, please contact us using the form below and we will try our best to have it delivered sooner.
Return Policy:
We want you to be delighted with the jewellery you buy from Leonor Heleno Designs. If for whatever reason you are less than thrilled with the jewellery you have purchased you may return your order within 7 days from receiving it. Please use form below to inform us.
All we ask is that you return the jewellery unworn and in the condition in which it was received. You will be issued with a refund by the same method of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
Items that are returned in an unsaleable condition (or returned after the permitted 7-day return timescale) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Leonor Heleno Designs is unfortunately unable to accept the return of Jewelry made to the customer’s personal specifications.
Unless the Goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning Goods to Leonor Heleno Designs. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the Goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
